Refund Policy
At Bander Media, we strive to provide our clients with a flexible and transparent experience when booking online meetings and consultations.
1. Nature of Services
All purchased items on this website represent online meetings or consultations only.
If a client requests an in-person meeting, additional costs will apply — including travel and accommodation expenses — depending on the client’s location, meeting duration, and timing. These additional costs will be communicated and agreed upon before confirming the meeting.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel their appointments under the following terms:
- Full Refund:
A full refund will be granted for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled meeting. - Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled meeting are not eligible for a refund. - Physical Meeting Costs:
If the appointment included travel or accommodation arrangements, those costs will be deducted from the refunded amount, even if the meeting is cancelled 7 days in advance.
3. No-Show Policy
If a client fails to attend the scheduled meeting without prior notice or cancellation, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Clients wishing to reschedule after a no-show may be required to book a new appointment at the full rate.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us by email at master@bandermedia.com.
Your request must include:
- Your booking details (appointment ID or order number)
- Your bank account details for the transfer
- The same email address used during booking
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer only.
Please note that any applicable bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
