UK backs down in Apple privacy row, US says

The US director of national intelligence says the UK has withdrawn its controversial demand to access global Apple users’ data if required.

This demand is nothing new and definitely not the end to the governments’ and private sectors demand for access to the tech companies data. While encryption is highly supported by the data privacy concern, more transparency and fair access will continue to push for further changes in the way we know today for data encryption and privacy, and certianly things will change significantly in the near future.
